Andrew McDonald is at the forefront of innovative value added product design and implementation with many successful world firsts behind his name. He is arguably one of the world’s most passionate soft skills transfer developers. He is the author of “Record your Past – Lead the Future” and the founder and CEO of Whenigo Administrators Limited in both South Africa and the United Kingdom which was registered to facilitate any new product he develops in the future. He offers talks geared towards the implementation of entrepreneurial skills and helps inspire others to either continue, or begin, a purposeful journey for their life.

 

McDonald is an entrepreneur who strongly and passionately believes that people should use their gifts and talents while here on earth for the development of others and in so doing, give true fulfillment to their lives.                                

His numerous successes were developed through his hands-on work ethics and through studying a range of subjects spanning new physics, quantum theories, environmental policies, ethno botany, purpose living, Emotional Quotient theories and leadership development.

 

He first challenged the South African healthcare fraternity in 1997 where he launched his innovative "True Health" medical aid option, having successfully negotiated with Fedsure Health to license and administer it on his behalf. This new World first complementary health medical aid option was aimed at helping others who felt they could benefit from the natural therapies made available to them through his wellness programmes. As CEO of Integrative Wellness Solutions (Pty) Ltd, at the time, he developed a client case study programme (which assessed each member’s drug interactions and peer review protocols), an associations recommended tariff (ART - which set the re-embursement tariffs) and a new practitioner’s practice numbering system (CHASP – which gave accredited practitioners their registration numbers - All of which are World firsts.

The passion to be more effective in health care triggered his involvement in the relevant regulatory councils, associations, committees and funding organisations throughout South Africa. He relentlessly challenged the so called 'norm' and produced the world's first sustainable complementary health medical aid option.

In 2003, because of his success, he further pursued his calling whereby one could leave a legacy for loved ones and the world to learn from. This was founded on his belief that too many people take all their gifts, talents, thoughts and unfinished business to the grave. That same year he also created the “World Inspirational Centre.org” to be used as a platform through which people can network and share their life experiences to the world, acting as an absent mentor.

 

The desire to help provide people with a platform through which they can create a story to convey who they truly are, became an extension of his passion while journeying through his life.

 

This new World first in called an “Emotional will TM” (which is now becoming a legal World trend) and is aimed at enhancing a persons legacy by providing a human emotional dimension to any material legal bequest.

 

His latest two developments are the “Purpose Beyond Performance” business recording programme and his “About being me” life experience recording platform aimed at developing young adults as they share life experiences in a more structured and meaningful way.
